Dear friends,

The days are getting longer, the sun is shining a little brighter, and suddenly, everything feels more colourful. Spring is just around the corner, and I’m ready to embrace it in full – starting with a few things that truly inspired me last month. February may be behind us, but I’m still dreaming of soft pastel tones, rethinking a certain TV antagonist’s entire persona just because of their impeccable style (thanks

Kelly Niesen
for the reminder!), street style 2.0., and falling for the quiet charm of flower brooches and sheer, perfectly manicured nails. It’s a little mood board of things that feel like a fresh start – a spring clean for the soul, if you will. Come take a look!

Lots of love,
Franzi

POWDER PINK

A few weeks ago, I curated a delightful selection of buttery yellow pieces just for you. And now, with our boy Timothée Chalamet stepping out in a suit of the very same shade at the Oscars, there’s no doubt about it – pastels are the colours to watch this spring and summer! Beyond butter yellow and fresh minty hues, powder pink is making a strong appearance in many brands’ Spring 2025 collections. And honestly? I’m absolutely here for it. Some favourites below!

MARGIELA FOR HERMÈS

I might sound like a broken record, but I truly can’t get enough of 90s fashion – and I mean it. There’s just something about the decade’s effortless elegance, its devotion to minimalism, and that perfectly pared-back yet luxurious aesthetic that continues to amaze me. Nowhere was this more beautifully realised than during Martin Margiela’s years at Hermès. Margiela’s approach – fluid tailoring and neutral palettes – proved that fashion doesn’t need to shout to be powerful. For anyone who shares my obsession, “Hermès: The Margiela Years” is an absolute must-read. Get your copy here.

C.C. BABCOCK CORE

Speaking of the 90s, let’s talk about one of the era’s most underrated style icons – C.C. Babcock from The Nanny.

Kelly Niesen
perfectly captures the appeal of her wardrobe in her Substack article, diving into why her chic minimalism still resonates today. While Fran Fine stole the show with her bold, maximalist ensembles, C.C.’s wardrobe was a masterclass in sleek, power-dressing elegance. If you, like me, can’t resist a 90s power suit moment get your hands of some of the products I curated here:
