A very staccato wrap-up of last week!
WORE my Bavarian dirndl to a wonderful wedding this weekend. Besides that, I’ve been living in my favorite set by Sézane (find shirt and shorts via the links).
BOUGHT nothing, but my Vestiaire Collective wishlist has been living in my brain rent-free. Also, this jacket is currently in my shopping basket.
SHAZAMED “Lightning” by Macadam Crocodile and MEZERG.
READ the Financial Times article “The Lost Glamour of George Hoyningen-Huene”, about the pioneer of early fashion photography.
DRANK a coffee at Schumann’s Tagesbar in Munich during my 3-hour stay in my favourite city and enjoyed wonderful Negroni last night.
LISTENED to the latest episode of the podcast “Critics at Large | The New Yorker” titled “The Trap of the Trad Wife”, about the “trad wife” trend that hit a fever pitch this year.
FOLLOWED Janne Aunan, a Norwegian content creator living in Brussels. I love the relaxed ’90s vibe!
DISCOVERED “SubwayTakes”, where Kareem Rahma, a comedian, takes the New York subway and asks strangers (or some well-known faces) their opinions on random topics.
ATE a lot of Bavarian delicacies!
OBSESSED over the childwear brand Lalaby, whose founder Laura Lawaetz I met at their event in Berlin last week. The styles are super retro and classic, taking me back to childhood. Btw, do you know the IG account Mrs Mommy Poppins, right down this alley…
Have a wonderful rest of the weekend!
Lots of love,
Franzi
