A very staccato wrap-up of last week!
WORE the Sézane "Maxi" shirt (my favourite shirt this year), my go-to Weekday jeans, a Massimo Dutti coat, Bally shoes, the Toteme T-Lock bag, and very old Illesteva sunglasses.
BOUGHT this power suit by Massimo Dutti (blazer and trousers) because I got inspired by the Saint Laurent s/s 2025 collection. I'm also contemplating getting a vintage Louis Vuitton Alma from my Vestiaire wish list.
WATCHED (binged) five episodes of Slow Horses (season 4), one of my favourite series in the last couple of years, starring Gary Oldman and many other brilliant actors. It’s basically a spy drama about a dysfunctional team of MI5 misfits and their obnoxious boss.
READ “The Rise of the £900 football shirt” about the nostalgia and the boom for vintage kits. Via HTSI II The Financial Times.
WROTE about my favourite vintage finds for autumn 2024, which you can find here. I want to have the entire selection of gems for myself.
ATE breakfast at Manzini, one of my favourite spots in Berlin, located in the West.
LISTENED to a bunch of podcasts about the upcoming US election. My go-to (discovered this one during the 2016 election) is Pod Save America by three former Obama staffers, who have since built a huge podcast empire called Crooked Media.
OBSESSED over vintage Burberry ads. Are we ready to bring back the typical Burberry check, or is this just a Gen Z trend? You can find some great items here.
SANG ALONG to "Kiss Me" by Sixpence None the Richer.
Have a wonderful rest of the weekend!
Lots of love,
Franzi
